GEDO'S FARM delivers only to the areas currently available during checkout. Delivery zones may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended according to operational availability.
When an area is not shown at checkout, it is not currently available for online delivery.

The delivery charge is based on the selected delivery zone and is shown in the order summary before the customer submits the order.
Customers should review the subtotal, delivery fee, and final total carefully before completing checkout.

Delivery periods are estimates and may vary because of product preparation, stock availability, customer location, traffic, weather, public holidays, or delivery conditions.
GEDO'S FARM will make reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver orders within the expected period but does not guarantee a specific arrival time unless separately confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, telephone number, delivery area, address, and any information needed to reach the location.

Changes may be requested before preparation or dispatch. Once preparation or delivery has begun, GEDO'S FARM may be unable to change the products, quantities, address, or delivery area.
Customers should provide their order number when requesting a change.

An order may normally be cancelled before it has entered preparation or dispatch. A cancellation request is not complete until it has been confirmed by GEDO'S FARM.
GEDO'S FARM may also cancel an order when products are unavailable, delivery information cannot be verified, the area is unavailable, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

When an item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or different from the confirmed order, contact GEDO'S FARM promptly.
After reviewing the request, GEDO'S FARM may arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, the reason for return, hygiene and food-safety requirements, and applicable consumer law.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, a return may require the item to be:

Opened, consumed, used, tampered-with, contaminated, personalised, or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return, except where the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

Any approved refund, replacement, or exchange will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and the payment method used.
Responsibility for delivery or return costs depends on whether the issue resulted from an incorrect or defective product, a customer-requested change, unsuccessful delivery, or another cause.
